Preparing the Listing
Together, we decide which features to show in photos and which to explain in writing. You approve the factual details and scope of the presentation before publication.

Selling a Property
We begin by understanding your property, the available documents and your preferred timeline.

At our first meeting, we look around the property and listen to what matters to you in the sale. We review the available documents, known alterations and questions prospective buyers may ask. We then propose how to present the property and arrange viewings. If a detail is not documented, we flag it for checking rather than present it as certain.

We collect prospective buyers’ questions and coordinate viewing times with you. Afterwards, we share relevant feedback without putting unnecessary pressure on you to decide.
When a serious buyer comes forward, we review the proposed terms and necessary documents with you. Where needed, qualified professionals provide legal or technical assessments.
When discussing an asking price, we consider the condition, location, layout and comparable listings available at the time. This informs your decision; it is not a promise of a final sale price or date. Demand and individual buyers’ circumstances can change. You decide whether to adjust the listing after reviewing the available information.

Tell us about the property, and we can arrange an initial conversation about how to present it.
